No matter the order size, you can select Free Lettermail Shipping.

Please note:

  • There is no tracking.
  • Items will almost always deliver to your mailbox and not your front door.
  • There are no guaranteed deliveries, so if the package doesn't arrive, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

Free Tracked Shipping on Orders Over $100 CAD
If your order is above $100 CAD, then you can select Free Standard Shipping (tracked).

You can also select this option for $9.95 CAD if your order is under $100.

Generally, it takes us only 1 business day to get your order out the door. From there, the closer you are to BC, the quicker you'll receive your order.

Lost Shipments

Inevitably, carriers sometimes lose packages. We'll always work with you and the carrier to find a reasonable solution if this happens. However, please note that if you select Lettermail at checkout and your package is not delivered, we will not be held responsible.

Shipping to USA currently not realistically feasible

For the last few decades, online shipments crossing from Canada into the US were almost always duty free - no matter where the products were made - thanks to the Section 321 exemption.

Then, on May 2nd, that exemption was removed. This, combined with the current trade war, means that there would be unbearable duty costs, upwards of $100 per item.

So for now, we are not shipping orders to the US. Hopefully the trade war ends soon and we can find a way to ship orders to our lovely US customers then.

Overseas Shipping

Rates and estimated shipping times will be displayed at checkout.

Both rates and times largely depend on the size of the order and the country where the order is going.

Returns & Exchanges

30 Days to Return

Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to return your unused items in their original packaging, with all hang tags still attached.

To begin the returns process please email us at hello@moonfruitjammies.com, letting us know your order number and what you'd like to return.

Exchanges

Technically we don't do "exchanges". Rather, simply return your original order and purchase the items you'd like as the exchange. It keeps things simpler and quicker this way.

$5 Return Credit

When you want to return something, it's up to you to get the items back to us. We'll give you all the instructions needed after you contact us.

When we receive your return, we'll issue you a $5 store credit to help cover your return shipping costs.

Defects

Defective products must be reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item. If you've received a defective item please email us at hello@moonfruitjammies.com and we'll coordinate the next best steps.

Depending on the severity of the defect, you may receive:

  • a full refund
  • a replacement
  • or partial refund

We'll always work with you to determine the fairest outcome.

Price Adjustments

If something goes on sale within 5 days after you purchasing, we will adjust the price of your item. It is fully up to the customer to notify us of their original order; we will not proactively reach out to you.
